So this an active effect of a mental and physical part reacting, it ascends from the two as a self supported part and so the two are one by nature. Since the choice and part exist simultaneously. Therefore things are choisarts, a part that is a choice-thing.

Also atheists have free will, when they believe they do not. Because they can freely choose from many options because they choose what they believe , while a theist has a predetermined life because they follow precisely what they believe. Interestingly we observe further a free choice of desire in being free or predetermined by choice. However we are predetermined to do the things we want and so our free will is predetermined by that, so really its either way because we're freely-determined.
